I work with adults navigating trauma recovery, identity development, and life transitions. Specific specialties and areas of interest include:
Trauma and Complex Trauma: including developmental, relational, and intergenerational trauma; attuned to both acute events and chronic neglect or misattunement.
Chronic Illness and Disability: working with the embodied experience of illness, pain, and medical trauma, integrating biopsychosocial–spiritual frameworks.
Attachment and Family Systems: focusing on the dynamics of early caregiving, emotional neglect, and patterns of disconnection or enmeshment across generations.
Embodiment and Somatic Awareness: helping clients reconnect with their bodies as sources of wisdom and safety.
Spiritual and Existential Integration: weaving in contemplative, archetypal, and meaning-making approaches in a grounded way.
Reconnecting with Anger: identifying suppressed anger, recognizing its messages for us, and working to integrate and express it.

My approach to therapy draws from three core theories: psychodynamic, existential, and astrological.
Psychodynamic work supports understanding of unconscious patterns that we enact, often based on early relationships and experiences. I’ll frequently use the analogy of living as a fish in water for our entire life, not knowing anything about the water we swam in, only that it was integral to how we lived. Only upon inquiry can we begin to realize that it was water that surrounded us. Through psychodynamic therapy, we can gain a better understanding of the water we’ve been swimming in, and work to make conscious change with the insight we gather in the process.
Existential therapy honors the core questions of life: what do meaning, purpose, freedom, and authenticity look like in my life? We see these big life questions as initiations into a new way of living, fueled by what gives us meaning and purpose.
Astrology integrated into the therapeutic process provides a faith-based lens for those who consider astrology part of their spiritual belief systems. The birth chart serves as a sacred map of your soul’s patterns, your psychological inheritance, and the larger rhythms that inform your journey. We honor yourself as not only a human, but as spirit and soul, so that the therapy space can be a place where you can bring your full, authentic self.
Underlying all of these approaches is a deep commitment to decolonial, liberatory work. Struggles don’t exist in isolation. They are shaped by systems of oppression, intergenerational trauma, and cultural conditioning. I strive to bring the deep insight that traditional therapeutic work can bring while also upholding your own inner wisdom, cultural knowing, and understanding your struggles within broader systems of power.

What will the therapy process look like?
Initial Free Consultation (15-20 minutes)
We begin with a complimentary conversation to explore whether we're a good fit. We’ll get to know each other, and you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether my approach resonates with you.
Intake Paperwork + Birth Chart Generation
If we decide to work together, you'll complete intake forms that gather essential information about your presenting concerns, history, and goals. You'll also provide your birth data (date, time, and location) so I can prepare your natal chart for our first session.
Intake Session (90 minutes)
In our first full session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy while also examining your birth chart together. Using both a psychological and astrological approach helps us understand both your current challenges and the deeper patterns that shape your experience. We'll discuss how astrology can support your therapeutic work and create a path forward that feels aligned.
Ongoing Therapy (60 or 75 minutes)
From there, we’ll meet weekly for therapy sessions that weave together evidence-based psychology with astrological insight. Your chart is used as a tool for understanding your unique patterns and for developing deeper insight into you as a full human. You can expect the therapy process to last 6 or more months, to honor the depth of work that we aim to achieve.

“It is a Call to Life – a full, authentic life. It is a Call to rise from the half-sleep of our existence, and take up our part in the great unfolding of the world. To become a Voice of the Wells. We must answer the Call, or forever be lost in the Wasteland.”
